Step 1: Initial Consultation
We meet to discuss your project and see if our services will be a good fit for you. It may be looking at land, house plans, sketches on paper, or even a remodeling project. We will take notes and discuss preliminary ideas as well as a budget.
Step 2: Design Agreement
After the initial consultation we will meet again, usually at the client’s home to go over the design agreement and the preliminary information we collected. At this time we get an initial deposit for the design.
Step 3: Design
After the design agreement has been executed we begin building the project. On paper that is! The first step will be editing and or completing the drawing or plans for your project. At this phase you will also work with our designers, vendors and tradesmen to make certain selections. We will execute a cost estimate, full scope of work and preliminary schedule upon final review, acceptance and payment for the design. Once completed we are ready for the final contract and schedule.
Step 4: Contract - Schedule
We will guide you through our turn key process from contracts, payment structure and construction schedule. Once completed we will begin your project and you will see the vision come to life.
Step 5: Construction
With each project we start, the process is customized to fit your individual needs. Throughout the construction phase you will be in constant communication with us until job completion.
Step 6: Completion – Warranty
After a punch list and final walkthrough is completed, we will be ready to turn over the keys to your new home. All of our clients receive an owner’s manual along with a selection book pertaining to their project. Now your vision has turned into reality!
